Paula's Pet Services

We’ve recently moved back to Formby from North Yorkshire and so grateful to have found Paula’s Pet Services! They welcomed our enthusiastic 2year old Labrador with open arms and he loves to go off on his adventures with Paul each week. Communication with Paula is excellent and everyone is very supportive. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot praise Paula’s Pet Services enough, my dog Nigel sits by the window watching for Paul’s van and as soon as it pulls up he rushes to the door tail wagging and eager to go. I know that he will be safe, have a great time and will come back one happy dog. Paul also trains them while they are having fun without them even realising it. Paula’s Pet Services have made my life so much easier. I can’t recommend them enough.

Looked after our 5 cats brilliantly for three weeks, including finding one who went awol whilst we were away. Great updates every day, cats were really happy on our return (we normally have sulking!). Would not hesitate to recommend and will use again.

Paula has been amazing at looking after my 2 beautiful cats whilst we have just been on holiday for a week. It’s the first time I’ve left them for a week in a long time and I was a little nervous. I needn’t have been as Paula and her team have cared for them so well and as if they were her own. She sent me regular updates each day so I could see how they were doing and was skilled in giving my little Penny her eye drops twice a day. She even took the time to bond with Pip who can be very distant with new people and by the middle of the week was best mates with Paula, sitting on her lap for cuddles and everything! I can’t recommend Paula and her team enough. Not only for the amazing care they gave my little ones, but also the reassurance, confidence and attention to detail in all aspects of the planning and care for my 2 girls. Paula’s Pet Services has been the best find we’ve made since moving to the area They are fantastic. Nothing is too much and they always put the animals first. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for flexible and reliable solutions for your 4 legged friends.

We are so lucky to have found Paula’s Pet Services. Paula and Paul were so gentle with our boy from the start and made sure he was comfortable and happy before he mixed with other dogs. He now bounds off on his adventures every week and lives his best life sniffing his way around and chasing the other dogs on his adventure on the beach, through the sand dunes and around the pine woods. We’ve recently added another dog to our family who is a rescue and is fairly nervous. Paula and Paul are working with us to make sure she feels safe and they build her trust before she mixes with any other dogs. They both have endless patience and importantly it’s all at the dog’s pace. Paula is so knowledgeable about all things dogs and is happy to share tips and tricks to help us with them at home. We couldn’t recommend them higher - a fantastic service ⭐️

Started using Paula and Paul to walk our Bailey (Cavachon, 4yrs) as I was taking him to work more often and was struggling to get him out for a walk.From the beginning Paula gave me the confidence in them with their experience and background with animals.Bailey has now been with them for approx 3 months and he is coming on leaps and bounds. He is getting more confident with larger dogs, running as a pack and he knows his routine now when he’s at work. Always tired when he gets back and just sleeps for rest of day which is great for me at work.Thank you Paul and Paula for helping him so much xxx
