Spent time looking on the net for a car in the correct specifications and found it at this dealer, they can’t even be bothered to get back in touch or reply to emails. One call that I couldn’t hear very well to be told they would call back. No call back!!! Josh your service was rubbish. You would have sold the car too!

I failed my MOT, I needed to fix the issues before I travelled which depended on getting seen within 24hours, she went out of her way to make that happen for me. The sales process for used approved car was absolutely smooth and it was delivered on timeHowever after sales was really bad! My car came with initial issues like wiper making too much noise, and tyre pressure issue. I called within the first two weeks to inform and I was told that the tyre pressure just need ti be reset. I reset it found the issue again after few weeks, so I pumped air and then the issue happened again after few weeks.So I called the VW service (which I thought was the right route) and I was given an appointment for few weeks later. They took my car returned it saying taht I should take it to sales or pay hefty amount for tyre change as there is a nail in the tyre. When I took the car to the sales, they disagreed to pay for the change of tyres. The reason I was given is that it was few months between sales and when I came to sales so they couldn’t do anything about it which felt very very unfair as I had reported the rupee pressure issue within first two weeks. They did give me a discount and didn’t charge me the fitting cost but only charged my the tyre cost which amounted to £150. moreover, there were few system issues and alignment issues which they said they could only fix in the next appointment which is in 2 months timeI am very disappointed with the after sales service of VW Bromley.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to edit this review to 1 star, as I didn’t realise that my vehicle had been scraped on both sides by the body shop.The good thing is that they have made promises of someone coming to my address to carry out the repairs free of charge.However, I was promised a call back 5 days ago to arrange, and I have heard nothing.Now, when I am trying to follow up, I am getting passed from pillar to post. I have tried to explain to the woman on reception who is extremely incompetent and very unwilling to help. I told her that it was a person in their services department who advised me of the call back. She said she works on reception so she cannot help me. Their service department is literally 10 paces away from where she sits. Instead of trying to look into or ask someone on site, she has given me a number to do the workTerrible customer service to say the least!*Below is my old review*“I took my Volkswagen for a service here last week, and it was complete in a few hours. They really do go above and beyond by sending an online visual of the engineer inspecting the vehicle, and talking through each part to highlight where there are any issues etc.I would happily return for more of their services. Thank you!”

Very poor experience. We booked our Up! in for a service via the telephone number provided on the website. The appointment was confirmed with multiple reminders coming in on email and text. I even had an email to check in online to save time, which I did. However when we took the car on the specified time and date we were told that there was no record of our booking. My wife was told that she must have made a mistake" as there was no record of the booking. Standing in the reception area whilst everyone stared was a very uncomfortable experience. The attitude of the staff was that this must have been a mistake made by my wife. Despite eventually admitting that it was indeed an issue with their internal booking system there was no apology for the inconvenience or indeed any empathy to the fact that a whole morning had to be taken off work and was now a waste of time. I received a call from Stewart who was at great pains to explain to me the technical reason the booking system had failed but again made no effort to apologise or in any way take responsibility for the mistake. Annoyingly I continued to receive several automated messages during the day asking me to bring the car in! I was told to expect a call back later in the day which by 4pm hadn't happened so I called again and was told that the appointment had been rescheduled for over a month away and of course it's mid-week and we won't be able to make it due to work commitments

I called 6 times for basic information and was told I'd be called back. Each time I wasn't, and every time I called back there was no record of my last call. I then visited in person where I was greeted with shocking customer service, a bad atmosphere, rude staff. I was ready to purchase but just needed some basic information regarding specification. Seemingly nobody that works there enjoys their job or wants to be there at all. A 1 star rating is generous.

We had what we thought was a great experience here and having purchased approved used from a different Volkswagon garage before with no issues we really weren't expecting to have any.When my husband got home and checked the car we realised that it wasn't as described when he bought it, with a faulty screen and distorted windscreen. He contacted the garage who said to bring it in which he did a few days later. He drove to the garage and when there they accepted that there were issues but said there wasn't anything they could do as the issues weren't covered under warranty (which isn't the point, the point is that they should have let us know about the issues before we bought the car). Since then they've stopped responding to us at all.We would definitely advise anyone buying a used car here to be very careful.
