Somali Stone Came and helped to progress my bathroom plans in a couple of my long term residential properties, and tiled the floor to the campsites out door sink area. Quick, affective and reliable i would highly recommend Stu and Nick. Abbie in the shop was attentive and patient with me choosing my flooring. I am so impressed that i have decided to use them for the future work i have in mind.Highly recommend

I have a splendid stone hearth now for a woodburner. The workmanship was excellent (and the carpet was cut properly round the new hearth). Pleasant staff, very helpful, patient and knew how to do the job. Happily recommend them ! : - )) Paula

I went to Simali Stone Ltd to have a piece of blue lias stone cut down into two square slabs for use as a hearth in Aug 2020. I was promised that it would be completed on a 'same day' basis but had to chase the work for a number of days after. When I picked up the stone it was not cut square, plumb, or to the dimensions provided. The cuts weren't straight either. I raised a formal complaint by email but did not receive a reply. While Simali do not explicitly advertise themselves as stone cutters I was surprised that they could not complete this simple task.

Simali Stone did a fantastic job fitting limestone tiles in our kitchen and adjoining rooms. After months of looking at small samples ordered online it was great to visit the showroom, see the tiles full size and talk through all the options with the very knowledgable staff. The fitting went smoothly, on schedule and the tiler was tidy and arrived on time each day over the course of a week. The work has been completed with a high level of craftsmanship and we’re really chuffed with the end result. Great from start to finish, thoroughly recommended.

Simali installed flagstone in our hallway and kitchen and I have to say they were professional, kept to deadlines and did a great job. Special shout out to Stu and Nick who were both a delight to work with.

Great job of cleaning and re-sealing our limestone flooring. It was laid 13 years ago by Nick and he has now revitalised it again. Would highly recommend Simali for both installation and maintenance. Great products and service!

What is there not to love about Simali Stone. They have a fantastic range of tiles of all kinds, particularly those not found in your average mass tile store. They have laid two floors for us; one ceramic and one stone. The standard of work was excellent and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants fine service and a very pleasing result. .

A fantastic job - very happy to recommend! Our old floor was difficult to remove and there were variations in level, but Simali have done a beautiful job in not only creating seamless transitions but laying the new floor really well. Thank you!

After a long Covid related gap we have just had our beautiful Simali Stone kitchen floor cleaned and re-sealed. It looks brand new & we now have to wear sunglasses in the kitchen it’s so bright! Long association with this company. Never disappoints.
