If you're camping in the area, this site is brilliant. Super friendly celtic staff, great pitches, open fire places, beautiful surroundings, well managed & all you need facility wise. We will return. :)

Only stayed one night, what a stunning location, you really feel like your in the middle of a forest, love the layout and you can choose your spot. I was greeted by a lovely fella, very helpful. Toilets and showers immaculate, piping hot shower, highly recommended this place.

Recently stayed a couple of nights in a Bell Tent on the Red Squirrel Campsite. The site has good facilities for camper, access to hot water, hairddryer and free sanitary products (if needed), a food van and mini shop. Campfires are allowed and a space outside the tent to build a fire. The weather was amazing whilst there and visitors enjoyed swimming in the river onsite.Staff lovely and welcoming and site location is brilliant for walking/hiking. Highly recommend!

Amazing site, perfect for any style of camper. Solo, couples, or a group you can always find a nice spot to pitch. Plenty of fire-pits and excellent facilities on-site. Always be respectful to the lovely staff, other campers and nature and you'll have a great time.

This campsite is amazing! The staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and it is a beautiful place. Very good hikes are close to the campsite, as well as a pub (which is nice for a drink, but not for dinner!). What we really liked is that, whilst it is a larger campsite, it feels like a small, warm and peaceful place. You can pitch your tent where you want, so you can pick a spot you find most comfortable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this campsite to anyone who enjoys being in nature.

Red Squirrel is such a great campsite! We had the best 2 nights in a campervan. It’s easy to get to, the team was so nice and helpful. The toilets and showers were clean, the wash up station was great, and they have wifi at the reception. The setting is perfect - just off the A82 but feels so remote - surrounded by the three sisters and other gorgeous walks and views. The pub down the road is great too, especially when you need to dry off or warm up with a hot chocolate and a game of pool :)

We stayed at the Red Squirrels campsite in August 2023. It was in the most beautiful spot in Glen Coe. We were right on the river which was lovely. While the weather was typically Scottish eg rainy, the campsite over delivered. It was super clean, hot showers, tidy and welcoming. We had such a great stay and we're really impressed with the campsite itself.I would love to go back and I hope all the future guests respect the rules and keep it nice for others. It is such a special place.

My first ever camping experience was at Red Squirrel Campsite. I came as part of a group in May and love every second of my stay. I love how there was taps on the trees for fresh mountain water, showers and toilets available and also a food Van. And not forgetting the stunning location. The whole campsite is just amazing. Can't wait for summer next year to visit Glencoe again. I know where I'll be staying :)

Went here for 3 days with Strathclyde Camping and Outdoors Society. Me and another leader took a group of 9 people from the uni for one of our first camping trips.Great facilities, fully stocked, and clean bathrooms with showers and washing and drying facilities. There is a charging station in the reception, £1 for as long as you wantSecure campsite, lots of controlled fire pits available and plenty of spaces to pitch tents etcGot a briefing when we arrived on safety, emergency contacts etc, brief but very detailedAll staff were super friendly the whole time we were there. It was an amazing camping trip, great first experience for a lot of the group! Very thankful to the staff!
