Wouldn't even give the company 1 star!Rude abnoxious people.Leave people to live in a mould ridden property despite us requesting for more than 16 months to please do something.Then they have the stones to ask for the full deposite back. We will see you also in court you failed us hugely even though you had a duty to your tenants.

Shocking Estate Agent.Sold us a property telling us we could buy the adjoining garage afterwards.They lied. They fobbed us off for months and months and in the end we discovered another estate agency had the garage on their books and we couldn’t buy it all along.I wouldn’t deal with these people unless you have your solicitor with you at all times.

My experience of Northwood is excellent. Our property was on the market for a significant period of time so we decided to change agents. From meeting Will I got a great understanding of the benefits that Northwood brings to a seller and signed up straight away. Northwood found a buyer within a week and then Kate worked professionally and kept me up to date throughout the wholesales process. Cannot fault them in anyway. Thanks also to everyone in the office who I didn't deal with directly and supported the sale.

From the moment I telephoned to book a market appraisal with Northwood Warminster, I knew straight away that I would end up appointing them to act in the sale of my late parents property. Martin Bradbury met me at the property to conduct the appraisal, I was very impressed with his conduct and professionalism.All the staff were very friendly throughout the transaction, I was one of their tricky sellers having been an Estate Agent myself for nearly 30 years. There were a couple of minor hiccups but nothing to quibble about. Estate Agents get given an awful reputation at times, some of which is rightly deserved but not this office, they delivered pretty much exactly what they promised they would deliver and you can’t say fairer than that.
