Best service I could wish for the staff are very helpful

Happy with my glasses, but staff are a bit miserable, also didnt like standing out with shop to have my glasses fitted, to see if they were okay, I know they are cheaper but I still spent over a hundred pounds, and would like to have had a seat and a bit more care!

This is the worst optician in dundee without glasses for my son 6th week now

Female optician told us to hurry up! “ come on we have back to back appointments” my mum is 82! When I objected to her attitude she was clearly expecting me to back down with her stare. Then I had another one tell me my mum was ok( because she thinks she knows my mum without meeting her before). The girl on reception justified the original awful woman by saying that’s just the way she is. Absolutely appalling attitude by the whole clique in here. By the way the back to back appointments? There was no one else came in and the male optician wandered about as the rest of them sat chatting. Will never ever go back here. The worst service I have ever encountered in any retail or any service in my life. Cannot explain just how awful this place is. Asked for complaints policy which should be to hand for customers and they did not have one. I need to google it she said. This place would be hilarious if it was on tv but for real people expecting the minimum amount of professionalism, it does not exist. Awful shameful practice. Embarrassing for Asda. One star is actually more than I would give.

This optician is the worst I have come across. I have taken time off work four times and am still without glasses for my child. These are not real opticians.

Cannot get through to make an appointmnent to pick up both sons glasses, they had an appointment which the optician cancelled without getting through so we turned up 4 weeks on my sons are still without their glasses completely useless
