1 star as can't give zero :(Had the worst experience ever today! Arrived on time with my children for their first appointment at this practice. Due to Covid they have not been to the dentist for a while so they're already a little nervous. 5 minutes after our arrival a nice gentleman arrived to the practice and goes through the same registration process as us. The dentists then walks out the treatment room and starts patronising the receptionist who feels clearly uncomfortable and upset with the way she is being talked down to. The lovely gentleman then walks into the treatment room by saying 'Thanks so much for seeing me today.' And the door closes. That was our appointment time! I took time of work to be there which I need to work back. My kids had to be dismissed earlier from school to be there. I raised my concerns asking why this man is being seen before us. Was told: 'it's an emergency, we squeezed him in'. I understand emergency but I also know what courtesy is and consideration to others waiting. So rude.

Attention to detail and took time to explain everything to me. Well worth the money

Attended today with my 6 year old daughter who has a cavityShe was nervous and scared about the dentist to begin with and today's experience definitely wasn't the best, she was crying her eyes out after the dentist attempted to fill the cavity.. that's not the issue I understand Teeth can be sensitive.. what was the problem tho was he proceeded to shout at her to calm down.. like shouting at her is going to make her feel better.. then proceaded to tell me how the cavity is my fault. ended up walking out off the appointment with her. Will be finding another dentist who better trained with children and with talking to people.

Absolutely incredible dentistry, such a warm welcome and very descriptive in what steps we should take as to getting my smile back. 10/10

I attended today with my two children for their first appointment. After moving to the area recently I had struggled to find an NHS dentist for my kids and had originally got them into a private practice nearer home. The private practitioner had advised my son needed a lot of work doing so I was quite nervous about this appointment.The lady on reception was lovely and took us through the necessary paperwork before we were called in to see the dentist. They were slightly later (10 minutes) getting us in but that is to be expected these days and we had to do the paperwork anyway so it wasn't an issue.The dentist put mine and the kids minds at rest and reassured me that my son did not need the work doi g that had previously been advised, and that my kids had great.tweth. She was lovely and really helped them feel comfortable.We are happy to recommend this practice, had no issues.at.all and will be back in three.months. Thank you

Terrible attitude towards patients, had to leave an emergency appointment still in pain due to the level of her bad attitude and couldn't trust her to do the work correctly. I called back to get the complaints process as the dental nurse was also a witness to this, I was then told she is retiring next week. Thank God, hopefully I can get the correct service next time with a new dentist

Had an appointment for 2, only got seen for one personThey take on too many bookings then blame the patients for coming “late”

Absolutely amazing my son is autistic and has sensory problems the gentleman who had to pull his tooth out was fantastic cannot reccomend enough wish they took NHS patients on the phone was none stop while we was there they are the best dentist I've ever come across very professional staff are courteous and considerate once again not been disappointed went for a check up today and Dr sharma was fantastic really reassuring best dentist I've come across yet

I have been a patient at this practice for a few years now but I have always had the female dentist. On this occasion it was a male. I was extremely nervous at having my first tooth extraction and he was brilliant!! Put my mind at ease, always made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He took his time and didn't try to rush me, and made sure I was completely fine before leaving. It was the most positive experience I'd had at this dental practice.

Incredible at what they do. I don't understand why there's so many negative people doing rubbish reviews.Amazing work
