Amazing. Needed a Macgregor tartan tie for a funeral on a Tuesday. Called in the Saturday. The lovely lady in head office personally sorted with help from the shop so I had it by 10am Monday.Absolutely outstanding and kind service..thank you!

Needed to take my kilt abroad and extend the time I had this. Contact support and was supper easy. Kilt came a week before I needed it to try it on and make sure everything was okay. Great quality and will be using them again.

Thank you so much for providing the kilts for my recent wedding in London.It really brought a lovely touch to the day and gave the new side of my family a taste of Scottish weddings!I was so impressed at house easy it was to get the kilts delivered down and returned. Absolutely everything was in order. The whole process was surprisingly pain free!

Great kilts and overall products, however having to sort out kilts for a whole wedding party, from London wasn't the easiest.Would definitely recommend only if you're able to sort things out in person, in store.

Can not recommend MacGregor and MacDuff enough! With the pandemic we had to move our wedding 3 times and every time the team were so helpful and accommodating. We even did a refitting on Zoom!I also ordered a Sgian Dubh for my father which was engraved and it came so quickly and was absolutely perfect!Thank you so much!!

Somehow i failed to read that they are only there on the weekend! I guess I'll just have to go visit them in Scotland, on my next trip to the UK. Sorry I missed them

Outstanding service. I went to have fitting for a kilt I bought in the London pop up store. What a fantastic experience! The staff were absolutely lovely, funny and relaxed. They helped both of us choose a fantastic kilt, with accessories and were on hand to answer any questions we had. If I could, I'd be back every month to buy a new kilt!

I was looking for an authentic kilt maker, specifically from Scotland, for my wedding day, but living in london was going to mean making that journey up north to get the best product possible, however when i discovered MacGregor & MacDuff provided this service in london i made my appointment immediately.From the first moment of contact i knew that this was exactly what i was looking for as the service at this stage was excellent, very helpful, and friendly, just one of the things the scots excel in.My appointment was to say the least an amazing experience, the 2 ladies that dealt with my order had outstanding high levels of service, knew there product very well, and educated me in the tartan i chose for my outfit, which i found very interesting, this was no way rushed, although they had a very busy schedule for that day.my partner and i spend a good 1.5 hours getting my fitting just right, to make this the perfect outfit for my wedding.My delivery as predicted took 2 months to make, and this was delivered to the date, this was another promise that was delivered on time.The product itself is outstanding, the quality was to the highest of standards, and i have a very good eye for detail and expect the best when i have paid a premium for my product, once again, they delivered. I was very excited to open up my parcel and was amazed at how well this was made, the detail in the handmade kilt and handmade sporran, and everything else that i ordered, was exactly what i was looking for and to be honest this was way above my expectations, as the samples at the fitting were nowhere near the high standards that was delivered to my home.I would absolutely recommend MacGregor & MacDuff for any special occasion as i for one will be feeling very special wearing this outstanding outfit they have custom made for my wedding day.From start to finish this has been the best customer service i have received in years, even down to the greetings card inside my delivery, to wish my partner and i the best on our wedding day. living in london you forget what great customer service is, heres to a job well done, and heres to the scots doing what they do best.Darren, London.
