Not impressed at all with this place at all. They’ve carried out various repairs over the last 8 months- spent over £1k money with them to make repairs. Unfortunately for me, they replaced both my rear suspensions (without my authorisation) which wasn’t the last of the issues. My car then failed its MOT three months later due to serious fluid leaks in both rear suspensions… they were going to charge me to repair until I reminded them that it was their own repair from a few months ago. If I was forgetful they’d have charged me twice for the same thing! Secondly, I had the air con checked and re-gassed for it to leak out the next day even though they carried out a leak check before hand! No sorry. No help. No call back to find the issue and repair- which I am glad of now as I wouldn’t let them go near any of my cars again!My trust for private garages was bad before, it’s worse now after dealing with this lot and will stick to a larger company name as a result.Overall, a shocking service that I would encourage all to avoid!

Worst garage I’ve used in my life. Took my car there a couple of months ago to have a wheel bearing fixed. Took the day off work to have my car fixed. My car was booked in for the morning to fixed but due to order the wrong part for my car 3 times they didn’t fix it, they phoned me up and told me the at I had ran out of time and had come back 7 days later to have it fixed again. On the phone I explained that I wouldn’t be able bring it back another day due to my work and having to take more time of Is not an option. They then said they would be able to do my car that afternoon and stay late to fix it after hours. Later that afternoon they phoned me back and said they hadent started my car and that I would have to come back in the morning and they might have it done. The whole phone call they was rude and wouldn’t put the manager on the phone. 30 mins later when they put the manager on the phone he was rude and hung up on me.A couple of months later taking my car to another garage they found the work they done was not acceptable leaving a sensor wire trapped in the spring.This garage is totally ridiculous and I rude and I would never use them again! Shocking service

The staff are absolutely wonderful, I've had a few problems wrong with my car and took it here and the manager is so helpful it's unbelievable, couldn't of took it to a better place, booked my car in for 2 days later as needed injectors done got all sorted out,even just dropped in on them and he has had quick look over for another problem. thank you so much for all you have done for me ,absolutely amazing

These people are incompetent and have a very low level of professionalism. The quality offered by them leaves much to be desired, they offered me a service of low quality that can even put your life in danger. I do not recommend this car service to anyone, they are the people who repair your car with glue and pieces of wire.

Called in to speak to someone about a problem with my car.The woman said they were all to busy to talk to me she couldnt ask them to leave their work.Not sure its the job for her.Been before butVery badly run place now.

Absolutely terrible, went here for my MOT, got quoted for everything, had the MOT done and got charged almost double what I was told with no extra work or parts. It was all the same work as the first time they quoted me but somehow the price was doubled, they didn’t call to let me know or to check that it was ok to go ahead they just did it and put the bill in front of me when they were done, when I questioned it the front desk lady was rude and got confrontational with me then argued with me saying they would never quote someone and denying she said anything to me in the first place. This garage use to be trustworthy but since the new owners took over it has become a massive scam. Went to halfords so they could have a look and they told me the parts were all cheap and they shouldn't have been put in my car at all. Save yourself the money and go somewhere decent.

These people are rip off artists, I spent £450 only to still have the same issue when they gave me the car back to make things worse they lost the locking nut key and when I complained they were extremely rude. The receptionist was the worst of the lot, extremely rude and not helpful at all.

I had a suspension issue with my series 5 BMW tourer that Cooper BMW could not diagnose or offer any solution to. The mechanic here diagnosed and repaired my problem quickly and probably at a 3rd of the main dealer price had they even found the problem.Great communication , really nice and honest how they do business,

Absolutely ridiculous this garage is! I wouldn’t trust them at all. Taken my car down there to try find out the problem with my heater! Instead they tried messing around with my car clutch when recently just had new one fitted in, they reseted my clutch threw the diagnostics pad and try sayin I have a problem with it but little they didn’t know I reseted my car my self and found no issues! Basically they tried making money out of a problem that didn’t needed done and wasted my time trying to resolve my heating not working inside my car… they taken my car at 8:00am and didn’t start looking at it till 2:30pm. What a joke this place is. Be careful who you trust seriously. Made a report and have evidence of them trying to make money for no issues. The owner was very rude and told me to go and charged me £45 for a diagnostic!!!
