This nail salon is amazing!! All the staff is friendly and nice and constantly have conversations with you to make you feel at ease. Will deffo go again!!!

Pampering Paradise has a welcoming and chilled atmosphere, the staff always make you feel at ease, Linda, Tee and the rest of the staff always ask if you require beverages before and during your treatments, they are professionals with a smile, I recommend trying their manicures & pedicures and any other treatments that takes your fancy.

Absolutely fabulous service. I have been to many places for nails in the past, but the quality here has been the best I've recieved.It can get a bit hectic and the wait time may take longer than expected because most clients seem to be walk-ins vs appointment only. However, that can make it very convenient if you have a busy diary that changes constantly and you need to make a spur-of-the-moment visit.My eyebrows were also done beautifully!The team was also brilliant and understanding when I had to bring my three-year-old with me as I didn't have childcare during one of my visits.Definitely recommend visitng Pampering Paradise!

This place is incredibly disappointing when it comes to nails. I come here every few months and I’ve started to realised how bad they do nails each time all they do is just stick them on and don’t bother cleaning your real nails and the cuticles either to remove them. Especially when doing toenails they do absolutely nothing I once came in with a friend to get my nails done and she didn’t want to and and staff member told me pay for her! In front of many other customers incredibly embarrassing. Friend only came for the support etc and the pricing here is every overpriced it changes every time I come round I won’t be coming here anymore. There are much nicer places to get pretty acrylic nails that do the job right

I have visited this place a few times, standards have seriously dropped not all the staff can properly apply nails. They do not care it’s a one in one out nails are rushed. The price is never what is listed! Something extra is always added on! A few days of having my nails done 2 broke literally went to pick something up and the popped off. Went to fix these, a few days later a further two. Went back to fix these paid both times, there was no consideration of let them fix this issue the nails were not done good in the first place and cracking at the sides. On top of it they like to tell you it’s your fault the nail broke in front of all the other customers very embarrassing! Rather than just say they did a bad job and will fix it. I’m a person who has had my nails done all the time for the last 10+ years so very much know the difference of a bad job done and a fault of my own. Save yourself the headache there are other places nearby in which you’ll get a better quality for the price.

Came on to highly recommend the woman who does the beauty treatments here (waxing specifically). She’s meticulous and works to a very high standard. The beauty room itself is dingy and the bed broken, which is a shame as it does not reflect the beautician’s excellent capabilities.Had nails done here a few times and these were great too.A fair few nail and beauty places have popped up lately, so I wanted to leave a review for this little gem of a place, as I’ve grown to become a loyal customer of theirs.

The first time I went here, I loved it. I went again 2 days ago and I had the worst experience. As the man was cutting my cuticles, he cut me on 2 of my fingers as he was doing it very harshly thus catching my skin. My 2 fingers were bleeding throughout the whole process and I asked a few times if I could wash my hands and he said I can wash them at the end. He used all the equipment touching the blood on my fingers and he proceeded to work on top of the blood, so the 1 nails have already started to lift. I was in pain throughout the treatment and it felt as though it didn’t matter that I was bleeding even though it was quite a bad cut as the bleeding didn’t stop until I went home. At the end, I was not offered an apology (sorry was only said immediately after cutting me), nor a compensation of some kind such as a discount. I paid the full price, having left with 2 bleeding fingers and pain on all of my fingers due to the aggressive filing. I was really upset with the treatment.

I’m here to give a shoutout to Hetal for doing an awesome job threading my eyebrows. She listened to my needs patiently and shaped them beautifully the way I wanted- thick, natural and round.I’d advice you to get an appointment rather than walk-in. Will save you time.PS- the images of my brows are natural without any filler.

First time was nice, second they tried to keep adding money to my price, and in the end added extra £2 to my bill.Value your customers and they shall value you.
