HORRIBLE!!! Had book an appointment with a voucher . I’ve been there from BRISTOL and i was waiting 20minutes to tell me that they haven’t book it and i should go in an hour that they have a gap. Absolutely ridiculous

Never again. Asked lady for natural lashes and she done it russian lashes. Not happy at all with this beauty shop. I meantion this to this lady and she said thats natural lashes. I phone next day and complain about it and lady said somebody gonna contact me back bit they didnt. Complety ignore me.I have to ripped them of because cause me lots of problems on my eyes.Not happy customer.
