The coffee tasted bitter and its been the case on the last couple of visits.Me and my wife have been going to this Neros for the last couple of years,and normally it's tip-top.....

Went yesterday and ordered a click and collect order. Asked the trainee barista where the orders are placed once done (as there was no sign). He aske one of the other barista who said he can't just jump the queue

Thank you to Frankie and Katie today for amazing service, drinks and cake! They took their time to serve me, felt very welcomed and didn’t feel rushed to order at all. Great teamwork and customer service. Highly recommend, best Nero based on service alone.

I attended Cafe Nero at the Springs retail park to simply get an Americano to take out. Little did I know such a little trip would have such a positive impact on my day. I ordered my drink as I would anytime. When it came to payment, the member of staff on the counter at the time, called Dave, stated that he would pay for my drink as I was the only customer who had smiled and was polite in his previous 10 customers. I was shocked as I had never had never been on the giving end of an act of kindness. This honestly made my entire day. People really need to take note that, life is busy, we might be in a rush or might not be having a great day ourselves but it should never be a reason to be rude and impolite to people we come across in our travels. I contacted the store after this had happened and spoke to the manager who was also very appreciative of my kindness (although I didn’t go out of my way to do anything special, I was just me) and she explained that I had made Dave’s day as it had been a ‘brutal’ shift. Let’s be like Dave and be a good person. If anyone goes to this branch of Cafe Nero, smile, be polite and maybe say ‘hello’ to Dave.

Quite a busy place and seating an be an issue at peak times, but all in all a good experience.4/5 stars as it did take a while to be served and some of the tables were not cleared.Food and coffee was consistent as they seem to be in this chain, but I do at times (having been a few) find some of the cakes a little dry. There was an ok range of different foods and cakes etc and the beverage was hot which was nice :-)Staff were friendly and efficient but needed a few more of them at busy times.Wheelchair friendly and has toilet facilities.Nice atmosphere for a busy shopping centre venue but at those busy times didn't feel intimate and was a little noisy, but that maybe shows its popularity.Aircon was a little cold in certain areas, but nothing uncomfortable.Would certainly go again and happy to recommend.Thank you.

My favourite Caffè Nero to visit. Such lovely staff and always a great atmosphere. Natalie always goes above and beyond to give great service, such a nice lady!

Today I went to the springs cafe Nero and the service was fantastic. A lady called Caroline and another lady whom I don’t recall the name were super kind and so lovely. We need more people like these two young ladies at cafe Nero. Please can you let them know I really liked their service and share my appreciation to them both. Great work at Cafe Nero.Aisha
