Injoy Centre Southampton

We've had our daughter's birthday party here, Wonderful place! to let the kids run and play around! Clean and tidy.I have to say it's the best indoor soft play in Southampton!The staff are really friendly ,food is so good too, Pizza was excellent. thank you for making my darling's birthday so special.

Was ok. Booked a slot but didn’t get told about the time slots. I understand if we’d been there before we might have known. But after we paid we still didn’t get told. Someone else on the place had to explain to us what happens

A decent soft play facility that is big with plenty to do. The only reason that I give 3 stars is purely because of the dirt and dust. There is thick black dust everywhere, it looks like it hasn't had a good clean in a while. I also think a clear out of under the equipment would be good with old balls and dirt everywhere. It's such a shame as thats the biggest thing that let's it down.In terms of the cafe offering, very much as expected. The menus though were filthy with half the items crossed through. It may just be easier to get some new menus. Tables Were not periodically cleaned.

The whole eating/ sitting area was disgusting. Managed by young not experienced people, that couldn’t be bothered to clean the tables at all. I’ve spend a lot of money on tickets and drinks and certainly won’t be returning.

I'm still not sure whether to risk a visit with my son. After reading reviews, it appears that the place has gone down hill for the past few months. I have seen several very young staff outside of the place looking very depressed and hearing some comments they make about the place to each other they obviously aren't happy working there. Will wait a bit longer see if reviews get better before I decide to visit. Seems a place with good intentions just not sure it is run safely and correctly.

We always love coming here. The toddler mornings are great value and just a little quieter which is great. All the staff are happy and helpful. A relaxed atmosphere that brings us back time and time again. The place is clean and inviting.

My son absolutely loves it. He could probably spend here every weekend.His favs are trampolines and soft play. He also loves sensory room but it was not working last time we visited. Friendly staff, food and needs facilities are available on site.It is affordable I would say price wise.

The manager is a racist. She refused to open the door upon our arrival. She shouted at us, including our child. We had purchased pre-paid tickets and we simply wanted to enter the building. We were so confused as to why she was not letting us in. She shouted that she cannot open the door for anyone but opened the door for the customers before us. She then opened the door when there were more customers behind us however, once we wanted to go through the door she then proceeded to slam the door shut it in our child’s face. She was rude, abusive and upset our child. We were shocked by this experience. When we tried to discuss her behaviour she denied it. She stated that her name is Alexandra. We are appalled and so upset that our child had to experience this on her birthday.

The kids had a wonderful time here today. Particularly the climbing area where the supervisor was really great in helping them find their feet and overcome any initial height related fears and had some great hints and tips. The kids said the soft play area was the best they’ve visited and the cafe had a huge variety of food and drink to choose from. We will definitely be back!
