Sold our house with Hamwic in Totton and couldn't be happier with their service. We moved to Devon so it wasn't a straight forward move and they liaised with the agents in Devon and our buyers keeping us up to date with everything. We wanted to complete before Christmas and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen. I highly recommend Hamwic for anyone buying or selling in the Totton area.

Easy from start to finish. Tom was so helpful and informative for us first time buyers and somehow make you feel like their only clients. We were kept updated throughout the process and were equally as thrilled as us when we got our home!

When we purchased our first home we had an awful experience with a different estate agent and dreaded when we decided to move again. It was the polar opposite this time around! We decided to try Hamwic and Tom showed us our dream home, he was so relaxed and calm and gave us all the answers we needed to hear. Mainly dealt with Richard and Tina and they were fab! Tina kept in contact with us the whole way through, giving us regular updates nearly every other week. They made a very stressful time, incredibly calm! I sold my house through Hamwic, after being with another estate agent previously who I found really difficult and poor communication, Hamwic were the total opposite. Not your typical estate agents very much more honest and personable. I dealt with Richard initially who kept me fully informed with viewings and offers and made sure all the viewings were organised together rather than the odd one here and there which really helped with stress levels.Just want to say a massive thank you to Tina who was fantastic and kept me sane through the whole selling process- the agents I was buying through didn’t keep me informed at all but Tina really made the effort and found out what was going on for me she really went above and beyond.Thank you so much you guys are amazing, would 100% recommend
