Had amtico flooring ordered and fitted by midland carpets and furnishings. Fantastic service throughout and brilliant fitting, has completely transformed my hallway. Will certainly use again and definitely recommend.

We had our kitchen floor tiles from Midland Carpets and couldn't have asked for better service. Regan was friendly and helpful and advised us on the Amtico tiles that we wanted, giving us plenty of time to think things through without putting any pressure on us. Richard the fitter was also friendly and professional, making sure that the tiles were put down to exact specifications, even finishing off to perfection parts that couldn't be seen. We are really pleased with the finished results and will definitely shop there again in the future

Just had my carpets fitted by this firm last week. I wanted to use my local high street company and I am so happy I did. They were fabulous. Regan was so patient and knowledgeable and helped us find what we wanted. They have a fabulous range of carpets to choose from. The fitting of the carpets by their dedicated team was also a very professional experience. They were so easy and helpful and nothing was too much for them. Thanks to the entire team for making it an enjoyable experience to do business with them.

Reagan and the team of fitters have supported us with a complete house fit out including carpets for rooms and stairs and fitting Amtico flooring to a reception room, hallway and basement. They were very helpful with advice in choosing the right product and Richard the fitter for the Amtico was extreamly meticulous, and that perfectionism in his approach gave us a lot of confidence that we made the right choice to use MCF for our flooring needs.

Recently had Amtico flooring fitted by Midland Carpets. It looks really good. The fitter (Rich) has done a great job. It was fitted on the ground floor of our house in honey oak and really compliments the decor, making it feel much warmer.

There was a glitch with the fitting process (our floor, not their fault) but this was handled with professionalism and patience. We had a full refurbishment on our home… Midlands did Amtico flooring downstairs and our carpets upstairs. The end result was amazing! They were helpful right through our process and we are so happy with our finished product ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

So pleased with the stair carpet and runner.The fitters were amazing,very professional and polite and punctual.The level of finish is excellent.Just waiting for the stair rods to be fitted to complete the look. Regan has provided a great service throughout and nothing has been too much trouble.Often dropping by with samples etc when its been difficult to get to the shop in opening hours.Would definitely recommend this company .

I would highly recommend Midland Carpets to anyone. They replaced all my carpets upstairs recently and the whole experience was an unexpected delight! My experiences with other companies had not been good and I was fed-up with the whole process. Then a friend of a friend recommended Midland Carpets and as soon as I visited their store and spoke with Regan, I was immediately reassured. Regan is very knowledge, professional and efficient. They have a great selection of quality carpets and Regan gave me a sample book to take home - that made all the difference, seeing the carpets in the context of my own home. He came the next morning to measure up, by which time I'd been able to choose the carpet I wanted. The quote was very competitive. The ordering process didn't take long (a couple of weeks to arrive in store) and the carpets were fitted soon after. The fitters, Martin and Shaun, did an excellent job, they were helpful and friendly, and finished sooner than expected, despite the sweltering heat. I am so pleased with the end result - Midland Carpets went the extra mile and made the whole process so straightforward. Thank you!
