Bought a brand new VW Crafter but have found an issue from brand new. Waisting time - vehicle 11 month on and never been fixed. Service department ignoring my emails or calls - always finding excuses not to do it - very poor…….Never again.If you looking quality vehicle and quality services for your vehicle so this depot not for you. RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can.

Awful service. Although the man in the service department was trying he was all on his own and completely overwhelmed.Booked my van in for a minor repair, mot and factory recall.After they had the van for 3 days with constant chasing for updates (nobody ever called back as promised) they told me they hadn’t got the parts to do what it was booked in for and would need another 4 days!

After coming earlier in the month and dealing with a guy called Cameron who was as much use as a chocolate fire guard I came back today and dealt with two great guys one who is called Paul who actually left their seats to deal with me.

I have had an excellent service from Marshalls Lincoln particularly from Kameron Rollett who dealt with all my queries knowledgeably and promptly. All paperwork was presented quickly and the purchased van was delivered as promised in a clean condition.This service made purchase and exchange of vehicles an easy experience.I highly recommend this dealership.

Don’t waste your time with this dealership.I purchased a used van from them which hadn’t had an oil change when they told me it had, and most of the near side under van tray and wheel arch liner was broken or missing. How did that get through their vehicle quality check? They replaced one of the missing parts but gave nothing but excuses as to why they couldn’t get the other parts. I ordered them from another dealer and received them within 2 days.I won’t be using this dealership again, very dissatisfied.

Awful. Took my campervan there which was less than a year old for warranty work on front door cables. I'd had a minor water ingress problem previously but after the work this immediately got worse. Refused to look further 'as it's a campervan and will have holes everywhere' (quote). Vw customer services were hopeless and backed marshalls story that the problem was because of the conversion (the converters don't touch the door!) and it wasn't covered by warranty . Took van to another vw dealer who questioned the original warranty work and replaced the lot including seals. Leak now repaired, all under the warranty marshalls and vw customer services said I wasn't covered by. Not a great experience, nor will they get my custom again.

Absolutely shocking after sales supportBeen trying to resolve a warranty issue with these guys for over 6 months . Would definitely NOT buy another commercial vehicle from themPlease bear this in mind !!!

From start to finish Paul was brilliant! We went in gave quite a detailed list of what we were after, and he managed to find us the perfect van! He kept us informed and each stage of the process and was always great whenever we came into the showroom! Would definitely recommend, and would definitely deal with Paul again in the future!!

Just collected a vw caddy maxie from Ryan who was brilliant throughout. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Did what was promised. Would definitely recommend asking for Ryan if you're buying from here. Thanks again.

I dealt with kameron when I bought my new VW crafter, service was great, couldn’t be more helpful, bought multiple vans off him, I wouldn’t use anyone else
