Great service, I ordered my tyres online and booked my appointment on a date convenient for me. I had a phone call the next day from Sure Fit It Ltd offering an appointment time convenient to me. I arrived at the arranged time, and the work was carried out promptly and quickly. Great service and the best price for the tyres I required. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing people and garage! Had my tyres replaced, the whole time from phone booking to the actual appointment they were incredible. I had an interview later that morning and they managed to get my tyres done long before I had to leave and did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you guys!

Could not be happier! Excellent service, reasonably priced, everyone extremely polite. They certainly go the extra mile...even collected me from my home to pick up my car because I had a long walk to the garage on a very hot day. Would definitely recommend.

Had a puncture Thursday on the way to pick up my son from school Googled the nearest place and luckily these amazing people were just across the road I drove over with a flat and was greeted by the nicest people (I was on the edge of a slight nervous breakdown) they were super busy but more than happy to fit me in. When I went back to pick it up the back tyre had also deflated but this was no problem for these super hero’s they repaired it for me no questions asked I genuinely can not express my feelings strongly enough about how lovely it is to be treated the way I was you just don’t find this level of customer service in garages these days the price was also amazing Taylor is an absolute treasure and a massive asset to the business they are also very knowledgeable about minis which is great I will defo be back and 100% recommend to everyone I know

Excellent service. Instead of the usual default with a puncture you need a new tyre they offered a repair in the first place.Would highly recommend.

When I arrived for my afternoon slot I could see that the lone technician was very busy. But he stopped, came over, was very courteous and told me that the tyres will be fitted in around half an hour. I was happy to go for a wonder, came back about 45 mins later to see the guy still very busy. But again he stopped as soon as he saw me, came over and told me that the tyres were fitted.Very happy with the service, the chap who served me is a credit to your company.

Visiting area due to bereavement, tyre gauge showed low pressure just outside of Radstock went to these guys next morning dealt with me straight away and fixed problem very professional and pleasent probably never use again as I live 300 miles away but would definitely recommend.
