A friendly group of folks run the place and on the first Monday of the month it's a friendly place to meet folks and enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake..and amazing for wildlife and fabulous views.

Lovely people, great food. Wonderful spot. Take a walk along the river for a breath of fresh air. Very pleasant village indeed.

Wine tasting group had a good evening. Very interesting array of summer/barbecue wines, mostly white but some reds, including a sparkling one. Thanks to Pete, who brought his barbecue, we could test the suitability of the wines in practice as well as theory.

Wow. Super village. Quiet village with sheep wandering all g the roadside. Tumbling stream with a waterfall all of its own. Super.
