Very easy to book online, reasonable rates, paid extra to bring the excess down from a £1,000 to £250 which is the lowest amount. The Van was nearly brand new, very clean. Staff excellent explained all that we needed to know prior to leaving their office. Van was checked over carefully before we left and any marks noted. Really pleased with the rental process. 10/10 to County on good customer service. Will defiantly use again.

Excellent Service - really professional and very straightforward to hire the van. James was very service-orientated - good on the phone and in sorting out the administration - also the gentleman who showed me around the van deserves a mention of credit. Lastly - it was a very competitive price. Well done!

Absolute rubbish service. Ordered taxi told 1/2 hour. Waited 1 1/2 hr. Taxi turned up then left. Told he would no take us. Never again. Got 3 children at home I could not get home too.

Extremely disappointed! Used this rental company plenty of times with no hasdle. Took van back this time and they have said there is a slight dent in rear door. You would have to use a magnifying glass to see this. Certainly something which could have been missed on pick up. They retained the £500 deposit and still no sign of any resolution to this. Will never use this company again. Would not recommend!

Very poor service reception staff very very rude.. accused us of smoking in the vehicle when we don’t even smoke all a big scam to take your deposit from you! Beware and do NOT use them they will come up with any excuse to take your money!

Booked a Luton with taillift a week before a house move. An hour before collection they call me to say this is not available. And had the audacity to suggest it's somehow my fault because I chose pay on collection and didn't pay up front. They had sent a email confirmation with nothing to suggest the booking was not secured. They had even rung me the day after the web booking to confirm the booking and check some details - all the guy really seemed to be interested in was how many miles I was going to do.

Hired a Luton Van with tail lift for my sister's house move. Emma was superb, processing the booking and ensuring a vehicle would be available (infact our vehicle was transferred from the Chester branch). Guy showing my husband around the vehicle was friendly and helpful. Vehicle was lovely and clean. We would 100% use County again if we needed to hire again. County saved the day for my sister.....who had struggled for a few days trying to get a removal firm for her 'short notice' removal date.

YOU ARE NOT REALLY INSURED HERE!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!! Van hire was cheap…however- was told I was insured and later found that the insurance carried a £1750 excess. Clipped the van when returning it on aBollard In the yard and was told ‘I wasn’t the first and won’t be the last’. Cost me over £2000 in total. Do yourself a Favour and read the terms csrefully! . Better yet- just go elsewhere or ….buy a van. …it will work out cheaper.

One of your drivers ALMOST KILLED me and my children, including a baby, on 05/09/2022 at 4:31pm on Scott hall road - Leeds. Please train your drivers how to drive properly and stop at RED LIGHTS and respect the pedestrians!!! I have no words to express how angry I am towards this miserable “driver”
