Excellent Vets, fitted my poorly pup in same day , well treated and excellent advice. Vet nurse was very good at explaining how to administer meds to my dog . Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff .

My dog was neutered here last week brilliant staff,looked after my fur baby really well I can't thank them enough buddy said thank you to all of you x

We have always had such an excellent service from Bold. Our girl is a Cocker Spaniel mix, she is often very anxious about going to the vets but everyone from the receptionists, to the nurses and the vets always do their upmost to make her feel comfortable. When she had her spay a few months ago, we were kept updated and the check ups afterwards were very thorough and really put our minds at rest. All of our questions were answered in detail and the service was 2nd to none. We would highly recommend to friends/family and personally wouldn’t ever go to another practice again.

Just taken my rescue cat Tilly (née bonnie).from kitten karers for 2nd injection. Very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness. No pressure into buying a service. Would recommend this practice

I've been to numerous vets but finally found bold the best for us previous vets was all scared of my boy even thou never showed any sign of aggression but took him bold vets came out like she knew him for years cuddles the lot he was bathing in the attention so anyone reading this with large breeds these guys are the ones

Our two year old lab cross german shepherd female was spayed here and the care that was given to her before, during and after the procedure was above and beyond!! Can't thank the vets enough!! Friendly staff and cheaper than other vets aswell. Definitely deserves five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT USE THIS VET. On Tuesday 24/10/23 I took my dog, Ace to this vet for a routine operation (castration). Upon returning home, overnight Ace began to vomit. The following morning Ace vomited a large amount of thick blood. Deeply concerned I immediately contacted the vet and returned with him. The vet was indifferent in manner and after a brief check said it was normal, sold me a paste and gave him an injection. I was told the injection was to stop the vomiting. Upon returning home Ace began to pass blood via his rear end. I sent emails with photographs of the blood and made several calls reagrding the matter. I was told to keep an eye on him and the problem would pass. Ace was much quieter than usual so even more concerned on the morning of Thursday 26/10/23 in panic, I decided to take Ace to an emergency out of hours vet. However, tragically Ace died in the car on the way.I only post this because I do not want anybody else to suffer the pain that I am going through and for their pet to suffer the same terrible fate.

Moved over to pets at home and received a call from Bold asking permission to send details over. I asked what if the wife wants to switch back with you only to be told NO the vet would prefer people that leave to go elsewhere. Hahaha, I nearly fell off my chair. It's a good job she doesn't. Be aware of attitude.
