Went in today and bought a Singing Flora Rabbit for my granddaughter. Beautiful shop full of very nice items and the staff are friendly and very nice . Keep up the good work

So disappointed in customer service. I have spent £100's of pounds in this shop over the years and would often recommend to friends and family. I received a gift voucher as a birthday present last year prior to 2nd lockdown. Went into shop today to spend it and was informed the voucher had expired" and couldn't be redeemed. I try to explain that the shop had been closed for months but was told shop had been open since April and they wouldn't honour my voucher. £60 lost. Won't be back"
