I bought a GPU from the website, it had a fault, went in to store and they checked in to it, were very helpful and apologised for the issue, as they didn't have stock to exchange it they sorted out a refund and helped me to buy another via their app.

Staff are trying their best to deal with the worst situation going. No proper store manager (for over a year), relying on a supervisor to run the store without the proper training (He’s doing his best. Shout out to Ben), upper management don’t give a toss about the state of the store. The staff are doing the best with the little they’ve got and I’ll give the supervisors and sales assistants credit where due.

AVOID this store at all cost, they lie and make stuff up. I took my phone to them, in mint condition. Told me to come back in 1hr while they perform a few tests. Went back and was told the phone doesn't work with any sims/network.So I took the phone off them and tested it at home using two separate sims. It made and received calls and text fine...The worst part, they put a sticker on the box and left finger prints and marks on the phone - devaluing the phone further.....This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in 18 months, first they lied about a faulty charging port on another phone...

Bought an iPhone 12 Pro very pleased with my new phone I have had not one issue . It has been sold to my self with a long time Gaurantee.Unfortunately there is no real outside parking and traffic wardens seem to lurk around every corner

Not great. Said they tested my tablet yet it was on the same percentage battery as when I brought it in and is still on that 4 hours later (I don’t think you did test it and I waited 45 mins for nothing). Also quoted me for on ear headphones when mine are over ear as I said when I came in.. also said grade c when the condition is good, might have needed a clean on the leather which would take 2 seconds. Kind of glad really because I will go to the one in Coventry which tends to be a bit better. No problem with the staff as such, they’re polite but just be honest cuz you wasted my time really.

I got really annoyed here yesterday, a long line of people selling stuff, all I wanted too buy was a controller and a mouse (I wanted to spend £100) and the tillers take ages doing the buying! One should be selling one should be buyjng. All I wanted to do was buy! So fustrating!
