The year I’ve been at Opal my life has changed, I’ve become stronger and healthier, and I’ve become far more comfortable in myself and around other people. I would recommend these classes to anyone struggling with self esteem, as you become your best self. Instructor Kim is amazing and inspiring, caring and motivating ❤️

Great fun at the free session tonight, had a great insight in trying the hoop, pole and yoga. Made to feel very welcome by Kara and explained the moves really well.

THE best pole and dance studio around - Kara is a fantastic teacher and helped me massively. We even got the splits in 4 weeks which I thought was impossible - could not recommend enough!!

Amazing studio to be at. Friendly, great atmosphere, affordable which is amazing especially during these expensive times. Great classes, pole, hoop, flexibility, kids, yoga, personal training... always lots of fun things happening. Workshops of different instructors around the country, studio showcase and loads more.

First started opal dance as I wanted to try something new that helped me get fit and I’m so glad I did! I was very nervous at first as I started not knowing anyone but everyone makes you feel so comfortable and it’s always full of laughs! Kara, Pixie and Kim are amazing and help you to be the best you every class.So much support from everyone 10/10 definitely recommend.

When I first started here I was an anxious mess, having social anxiety and confidence issues I was terrified to attend my 1st ever pole sesh. But Kara was so lovely, and made me feel at ease straight away. After getting to know the other students here, I've made some great friends and I don't feel one bit anxious anymore!Having Fibromyalgia and CFS, Kara has always been so understanding with me and never pushed me beyond my limits.My favourite classes to attend currently is Ariel Hoop and Yoga!Great Prices, and she doesn't rip you off like some other similar companies I've seen.Thank you Kara.

Since joining Opal Dance, I feel like I've been welcomed into a family - a real community. The instructors are professional, kind and just wonderful generally. My pole dance and hoop journey have benefitted massively and I've seen my strength and confidence go up and up. To anyone thinking of taking the plunge and learning pole dance/fitness, then you'll really love it at Opal.
