Usually lovely to visit but lately I'm struggling to find help with buying coal. I try to pay at the till for 4/5 bags of coal at the till but I'm told i have to somehow get the coal to the tills first. Understandably i can see that some customers would buy one bag but take extra on the way out but not all of us are thieves, some of us just can't physically carry or push heavy bags of coal around the shop.I asked to buy and then take the receipt to a member of staff to prove payment and to ask for help in carrying the coal to the car. ..Staff are usually lovely and helpful so i presume management must make this rule.

It's like lockdown all over again in this store. On about 5 occasions I have been they have had no bread milk or toilet rolls. They blame deliveries. But it's funny how the other stores always seem well stocked on the same days
