Used this company for my end of tenancy professional cleaning. It is not professional cleaning at all, I had to go back myself and clean after! They don't clean the windows outside which is fair enough and is explained in the terms and conditions but they didn't clean inside either as there was still spider webs and mould build up in the windows which I had to clean out after. The glass of the windows were clean just to eye level as above the blinds wasn't even touched. Some places in the bath weren't clean such as the wall in the bath as still had some stains and marks.The floor was very poorly mopped, there were still foot prints visible on the floor and it smell really badly like the floor has been mopped by a very dirty mop and dirty water! When contacted the company complaining about it they were not helpful at all. My inspection was the next day in the morning and my landlady is very particular and I really need to get my deposit back so I had to do what was left to clean myself otherwise the return of my deposit will be delayed even further! I tried to request for at least some sort of compensation but they do not care at all! Please avoid using this company. They charge me £150 for a very poor quality cleaning, any other person will do better and I am sure the cleaner spent most of his time smoking then cleaning as in the courtyard next to the drain were a lot of cigarette butts junked in the drain which I obviously had to clean out after!!! I am sure there are really professional companies which can do much better job.

We have been using the cleaning company for a while now and the cleaners always did a great job. Katerina is an absolute sunshine and we are always happy to have her around. The customer service is great, they always inform us in advance about any upcoming changes.

Choose LITERALLY any other cleaning service than this one.We are in the midst of a nightmare with this company.They were supposed to come on a Monday for an end of tenancy cleaning, with extra services paid for. On Monday, the cleaners came, yelled in Russian at my flatmate for 10 minutes, refused to do the extra services even though we showed them the receipt, stayed until 6pm, and then left the flat barely cleaned: fridge was disgusting, bathroom left untouched... see pictures for more details if you'd like.They then spent all of Tuesday ignoring all our phone calls. We know this because we called them from a different phone and they immediately answered. Wow. Ready to steal more money from innocent victims.On Wednesday, after threatening to not pay them (because luckily they were paid on a credit card so we could block their charge), they finally called back to say they could send cleaners on thursday.On thursday, one sole woman comes to the flat, refuses to clean parts of the flat SHE HAS BEEN PAID TO CLEAN, and cherry on top, comes unequipped. SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A VACCUM.At this point we call management, explain the whole situation, and advise them that we won't be paying them because of how utterly unprofessional they are and quite simply because the flat is still filthy, three days after our supposed move in.Her answer? Hanging up and immediately sending a bill by email. Her name was Kristine by the way, I'll name drop her because she is the devil disguised in a maid's outfit.Just for your own sanity, choose literally anyone else, and save yourselves.

Awful services, avoid this company! Really dodgy and unprofessional practices. I had end of tenancy cleaning done last year (which was alright, not great), they tried to charge me the same amount 3 TIMES AND they also suggested I paid the cleaners cash in hand...which luckily I didn’t, so I had the proof of bank transfer. They’re not replying to emails or picking up the phone, and their cleaners don’t speak English, which makes me very worried that they may be getting exploited.There are much better and reliable cleaning companies out there, this is one to avoid in my opinion.

Amazing, detailed, professional, kind and perfect service.I was highly impressed by the results. They supported and helped me on short notice and will surely use their services again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They didnt clean a single thing and they were supposed to clean my carpets but never did. They charged me the full amount which was £189.00 and they cost me an additional £600 in damages!!!!! I tried to call the owner and he was extremely hostile. He is refusing to give me money back, he wont send another cleaner and now he is unresponsive now.

Awful service!They cancelled the booking and did not provide us with the new date when we let them know our availability.When we asked to book service again, they changed the price and added £40 to the invoice for additional area" with the request to pay in advance! When we asked about the reason

We have used the end of tenancy service a few years ago and we recently booked them again, we were really happy with the service, the flat was sparkling clean and our landlord even asked if we can pass by the name of the company as they were impressed with the condition the flat was left. Huge shout out to Zdravko who made sure to cover every corner of the flat!

I used them for an end of tenancy clean. The end result was very good with lovely ladies carrying out the clean.However, the process and management, the manager in particular were dreadful, and as such I would steer clear of this company.On booking I explained the size of the property, which is big but in very good condition. In the days before I was called many times to change the time of the clean and during these calls they said only one person was coming, which just wasn’t sufficient for the job. Eventually they confirmed 2 would be there. Again and again I had to reconfirm the size of the house and they had the address to check it on google.On arrival I was called to say I would have to pay an additional £200 as the house was bigger than expected. The manager was rude and said he would cancel the job if this wasn’t paid. Seeing as I had an inspection that night, I was stuck so had to continue. The manager was a complete crook, and I never want to deal with him again. He said over and over he would call me, but never did.I feel sorry for the lovely ladies working for him as they are being exploited.

Worst end of tenancy cleaners on the market who charge a large sum and do a bad job. I hired them to do end of tenancy cleaning and then it did not pass inspection which resulted in me having to pay extra. The clean also took / threw out some of my household products that i wanted to keep (ie luxury hand soap from Aesop) Would NOT recommend! If I could I would give them negative stars
