The staff here were amazing, I've been here a few times and the food is always great, let alone the cocktails! Special mention goes to Charleigh, Casey and Alex who gave the best service! Sean had a drink ready and waiting when I walked through the door! Faultless.

I went with a friend to just get some drinks on a Sunday afternoon/evening. Since we went on a Sunday, it was really chill, not busy, which is perfect as a customer & the service was amazing. Our waitresses, the girl with the colourful Japanese The Wave tattoo, was amazing!After a few drinks we decided to get some food as well, I got some crispy squid and mac & cheese balls (starters) whilst my friend got jerk chicken with rice and peas (main) (no picture, sorry). The starters were alright but it wasn't crispy and I wish the sauces were on the side. I tried a bit of my friends jerk chicken and it was really flavourful and the chicken wasn't dry either.The waitress was really funny, genuine and down to earth, I really wanted to give her a tip, but I had to leave due to an emergency and was in such a panic I forgot to tip. If she's my waitress again the next time, I'll definitely be giving her a big tip!

Drinks were good, happy hours gives you a good drinking mood. The ambience is nice, and the staff member are really good and helpful. Food for me was a bit disappointing.

Alex S was the BEST waitress I’ve ever had, hands down!! She regularly checked on our table and made sure that we definitely got our moneys worth with our bottomless brunch! Great personality and even better service, five stars!

Myself and my partner came to turtle bay on Saturday the 2nd, we had 2for1 cocktails which were amazing as usual. Staff were amazing, we couldn't fault them. There was a lady goes by the name of Jeff she attended to us while we had food and more drinks, she recommended a cocktail to us that wasn't on the menu and it was amazing!! Jeff was lovely and can't thank her enough for her great service. The same applies to the other staff members also.We can't wait to come back again.
