My friend and I visited the Chester store on saturday looking for wedding attire we had the pleasure of being served by the lovely Maria, nothing was too much trouble and the service was faultless. We would highly recommend the store.

Visited this store in chester for 2 wedding outfits for son and daughters weddings. The service was excellent. I have to give a big thank you to sue for all her help she went above and beyond with the help she gave me even sourcing a dress and jacket from other stores. From the time you walk in to the time you leave you have there undivided attention from all the staff. I will definitely be shopping in this store again. Called into Hobbs in Chester as my wife was looking for a nice dress for our daughters wedding in August. She didn’t want anything remotely ‘Mother of the Bride’ style as that’s just not her thing! We’d already hit a good number of shops in Chester and before that Cheshire Oaks and a local boutique (we live near Blackpool) that day, so my wife’s positivity was beginning to wain somewhat. However after a short perusal through the racks my wife took a couple of her choices to try on. My wife then explained her predicament to one of the staff Jane and she could not do enough for her. Teaming up with colleague Sue they provided excellent professional and friendly helpful suggestions which resulted in my wife finding ‘The Dress’ plus a jacket and shoes! Even I enjoyed the visit as the chat was excellent! Great work ladies 10/10 and 5 stars

Fabulous shopping experience at the Chester store, I ordered a coat on line through the store, bought a top and on a second visit a pair of jeans. The ladies were so helpful, giving honest advice when trying items on, Sue was great, she even remembered me on my return to the store. All the ladies are lovely and friendly, a personal service you couldn’t possibly get shopping online. Save our shops and our high street!!! Will be going back!

Fantastic customer service from sue in Chester Hobbs today Arrived looking for an outfit for a wedding. All I can say what amazing customer service went above and beyond to help and offer alternative choices to try and provided accessories and when they didn’t have the size I needed found in another store definitely return.
