Capital Chartered Surveyors and Valuers
They conducted a good survey and provided a comprehensive report. But they were not helpful beyond that when we asked the surveyor questions about what sort of certificates etc. we should be asking the seller for. They came back saying we had purchased a home buyers report and for that, the report was all we would get. They did not go above and beyond by any means.

We contacted Capital Surveyors to do a Building Survey report for a property we were thinking purchasing. The property in question is a Beautiful Rambling Edwardian Villa - in need of a LOT of tender loving care. We needed a deep understanding of the structure to chart out a fairly comprehensive renovation plan. Capital Surveyors conducted the inspection that friday and had a full, clear, and very detailed report back with us over the weekend. I called with a few after inspection questions that came up with our solicitor and the surveyor was very prompt with clear responses.I would highly recommend Capital Surveyors.

Good friendly service and prompt, easy to understand building survey report. Not the cheapest but excellent value! I will definitely use them for some ATED valuations I will be needing in 2017.
