Freshly baked on the day! Great cookies with a decent selection of flavours to choose from. Soft abit crunchy and great choc flavour.White chocolate and cranberry & the milk chocolate and orange was my fav.They also do non chocolate cookies! Lemon was my favourite in this selection and the coconut cookies was nice considering I'm not keen on coconut. They have about 23 cookies to select from!You could buy them individually, in a carton packaging or in a branded biscuit tin.

Great cookies. Flavour and texture both excellent. Only slightly spoiled by the fact that one is not enough and they are far too expensive to justify getting two each for the whole family.Splash out. It's worth it.

Sooo delish my daughter and I ate all but 2 on the way home. You know how usually you choose a cooky and have to bite them all to find your 'one' well it was really obvious so we saved our partners the right cooky.

Never visited the store but used Deliveroo. Thank you for your kind note on the bag, put a smile on my face. See you again next week, last time in Reading and I’ll be sure to order again. Love Bens in Covert Garden, Oxford Street and now Reading are just as good

The service was really friendly and helpful.They have a good selection of cookies, which are all freshly baked in the shop.However, many of the flavours listed on the website, were not available here.They do also sell hot drinks but they only sell filter coffee. I was made aware of this though.Personally, I wouldn't go here for the hot drinks but if you're looking for really tasty cookies, this is the place to go!

Millie's was closed for maintenance. We decided to try out Ben's Cookies. We found them quite crumbly. As we ordered 10 cookies, they were put in a rectangular box and layered on top of each other. Wasn't too happy about that as they were already crumbling.That said the quality of the cookies was good and very tasty. Just a shame about the packaging and the cumblieness. Would buy again, but maybe not 10 in a box.

Can not go wrong with bens cookies! Much better than Millie’s cookies in my opinion. Dark chocolate and milk chocolate are go to classics. Always taste fresh and staff are always friendly
