Cerys' cleans

Cerys cleans communication was very efficient and friendly and based on the reviews we were hopefully of a good service. However, the staff that attended to do the clean did an average job at best and feel that it was rushed, no attention to detail and they also chipped several places on the landing walls possibly dragging the vacuum cleaner around. In fairness to Cerys she did offer to pay for the damage and offered a free clean but sadly her staff let her down on this occasion..

Very polite got straight back to me . Oven cleaned looks very good . Altogether a good experience.

Had a 3 hour clean due to an operation. Cleaners were professional and on time. The clean was great and the house looks amazing. Would highly recommend
