Been working with Usman for a some time now, starting with physio, mobility work and training, in preparation for my major surgery, then following surgery rehab, mobility and sports massage.Would highly recommend him.

Saw Usman just before Christmas for some help with tight quads. My tolerance to massage is not that great but he helped me through it! In the days after my treatment with him, my squatting definitely felt better, like I could load up more weight and I had better mobility in the movement too

Had a few treatments with Usman and theyve been great. Mainly worked on my tight chest which i had never done previously. My chest had much better range of movement and it helped to ease up my upper back tension too.
