Julie was really friendly and helpful, and clearly explained everything to me as a person making their will for the first time. She explained all the options to me but made sure I didn't feel pressured to do anything, and gave really useful advice. Highly reccomend to anybody :)

Claudine was exceptionally helpful when I chose to contact her last year when Mum passed away. My brother and I were really grateful to have her deal with the probate. Much easier to leave it to someone so professional! Nothing was too much trouble! Claudine set up an online meeting for us all, and later in the process came to see me and my husband in person, while keeping my brother well informed of the progress.
