Both Chris and Toby were very professional and welcoming, nothing was too much for them when I travelled to purchase my car was picked up and was made a hot beverage upon arrival. They explained everything thoroughly and even after I left I had a couple of messages to make sure my drive home was safe and satisfactory. I’m sure this company will grow from strength to strength. Toby & Chris were great, I couldn’t view the car in the week as my work hours and distance away didn’t allow it, however they opened up out of hours on the weekend and didn’t disappoint, stunning car, honest guys. Eagle Motors, Just purchased my car last week. Openly said there was an issue with the tracing and this need to go in to a specialist Merc garage. All booked in, sorted and i am now the owner of this car. First time buying a car in 40 years ( Had company Cars and still have), A 1st rate experience from start to finish and never too much trouble keeping you in the loop on what was going on. Was selling my dad's cat as he had a stroke messaged Toby 10.30am today secured a price over the phone by 3.30 pm Toby along with his wife and daughter had caught a train to where we live. A quick inspection and then the money was transferred no quibbles at all. Toby was very polite and professional. Looking to buy our next vehicle from Eagle Motor Co already!We purchased a stunning and unique vehicle, which was prepped to the highest of standards, any advisories on the previous MOT were rectified and the overall level of service was brilliant. So much so, I have asked them to look for another vehicle to replace our current 4x4.Full disclosure we did encounter a problem with one of the fuel injectors on the drive home, however this could not have been foreseen or tested prior to our purchase, however Eagle Motor Co were in constant communication on a Friday evening, and dealt with the AA to have the vehicle repaired on the roadside. It was very much appreciated. Following on the after sales service has been exceptional.

eagle motor company have gone above and beyond for my dad. within 1 week to going to view to sorting everything to collecting today and dad being a very proud owner. both Chris and Toby were fantastic and amazing customer service.we drove an hour and a half there and without fail it was worth the drive!!100% recommend!thanks guys!
