Never had a storage unit before. From reservation to actually loading my things into it was simple. Guys on the desk were really kind, knew their stuff and actually helped explain how better to do the billing so that it doesn’t get confusing.

We were helped by Tony, who works part time for safestores in the region. And I have to say he was the nicest and most accommodating man I've ever met. We discussed and agreed a better deal option which saved me money when he didn't need to do that, and helped us to get things sorted right before they closed.Facilities are good, and parking is more than decent :)

Absolutely ripping off customers. Their service is disgusting and mind blowing.They give you a quote for one price, but charge another on actual day. Hidden charges.. be careful.
