Tapi Carpets & Floors

Avoid!Thousands of pounds of flooring warping after 12 months and haven’t even visited to view the install. Fitter came and told me that it was a known manufacturing fault with the underlay and Tapi have stopped selling it. However they refuse to take any responsibility.They tell me my house is too hot. However they did the survey! My house isn’t hot, but they wouldn’t know that as they haven’t bothered to come and look.Disgrace

After going to Carpetright and having a bad experience with their staff, it was so refreshing with Tapi. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a very friendly and helpful shop floor manager. They were reliable, prompt in responding and the fitters that came did the job perfectly. They were friendly, quick and cleaned all around before they left. All in all will always recommend Tapi. Thank you to Jason and Mark!

No one else in the store, 1 guy working, sat playing slots on his phone. I was trying to ask numerous questions and it was like pulling teeth to get anything out of him. A quote was finally reluctantly worked out with no breakdown provided even after multiple questions. I was keen to get something sorted that day but will not be returning

I found the whole experience very professional and friendly. Alan was helpful and very knowledgeable of the stock available in store.There was no problems when I asked to change the fitting date.The lads that came to fit the carpet were punctual, polite and professional.Thank you to all involved, I will be back again for my stairs carpet.Ms Smith. I went into the peterborough branch today with my friends (who is visually impaired)she was looking for carpets for her home the store was empty when we walked in the man in the shop didn't even look up to greet us we walked around looking at several items and even still he didn’t offer us any help so we walked out its very disappointing snd suck lack of customer service

Excellent Service all round. Went into the store looking for a lounge carpet, I had an idea of what I was looking for however Mark was extremally helped & full of experience. Listened to my needs & gently advised. Everything was very efficient & carpet fitters were also top notch, polite & friendly.

Had our carpet fitted today, brought from Tapi carpets, Brotherhood retail Park Peterborough.Could not have gone any sweeter, bother Gary the sales person to the chuckle brothers also known as the 'carpet fitters', were brilliant. Thanks for your great customer care and consideration. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Went last night to buy a carpet for bedroom. We were looking round shop and the manager was in the back doing something. It took him about 15 minutes to come out to see us. He just said yes?" So I told him what we needed. He was totally unhelpful and rude. Just said we don't do roll ends and everything had to be ordered. And he dosent carry any stock. He couldn't have cared less. He clearly didn't want us in there. Offered no help what so ever. Others have left similar reviews about them too. You would think that out of the amount of carpet shops there are in the area you would think they would stick their neck out to help but they must be rolling in Money to act like that ! Idiots."

Just bought a nice bedroom carpet from Tapi - would highly recommend the product and fitters.Great service
