Arnold Clark Mercedes-Benz of Aberdeen

Very disappointed with level of service received when car in for service. Numerous issues including forgetting to do part of the service. Decided to write a letter of complaint and received a message on my answer phone in reply which didn't address all my issues and raised even more.Looks like it will be worth a trip further south to get decent service in future.

Car was available when agreed, and was in great condition. Liam was very helpful and communication from him was great throughout.This is now the third car I've bought through this garage and service has always been great.

Bought a C Class Premium Plus from Robbie at an incredible price. He was always available to speak to and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Fantastic service provided by the sales team, in particular Liam Milne who was very easy to deal with and made my purchase completely hassle free.

Nightmare1. Booked service & mot. They Went to wrong address to collect car. Purchased my car through MB using current address and also entered address using the online booking tool. Bought a car in 2010 from Arnold Clark so that address seemed to overide my new address. One mistake. Oh well.2.they came late and refused to take my car because my tyre tread was under legal limit. Wasn't made aware of this requirement prior. Drove my car in from Aberchirder cost me £50 in trains and taxis to get home. But thats probably my fault fair enough.4. No video or online report like MB did the previous year. . Took 2 weeks to put 4 new tyres and fit new glow plugs cos they snapped the first set during fitting and had to order another set. These things happen I guess. 2 weeks and £1500 quid.5.battery light came on a few days later. I was in town so dropped car off at MB. They had it for 9 more days. £500 new battery and they dropped my car off at home. Expensive. But at least my cars ok now.6. 2nd day driving, battery light on again half way up the A96. Made it home, called the manager at MB who assured me the work was under warranty and I had free Rac. 2hrs on hold rac had my old address. Changed address with them and they collected car. Another 9 days at MB, another £900 for new alternator and plug. Feeling the pain. The manger agreed to reimburse my taxi fares to and from the heliport.Very stressful and expensive 2 months. Never again.

A3 service while waiting booked today, 2.5 hour round trip to Aberdeen. Plugs, air filter and fluid. Very short and aggressive girl with terrible attitude informed me that as I was a little late with the car and that I would need to wait 5 hours in reception or rebook. Manager was in an internal meeting and busy, don't know how long he will be she said. Wasted my time so now i need to book Dundee, suggest you train your staff better Arnold Clark. You have lost a customer!

I have used this dealership twice and I have always had a first class service. I would like to express my gratitude to the team who ensured that my car was ready, and also to Reece Mair, who went out of his way to make sure I had a positive experience.

Just had a fantastic experience with Bradley, Craig and Anya. From the outset the attention to the customer is second to none. They were quick to send me a personalised video of the car I wanted, explain most features really well. Then the process of sale was smooth and they adapted to my work schedule and preferred way to communicate.Then transferred the car to the Arnold Clark branch near me where I collected the car at a reasonably low cost(£99)They truly value customer service!

I don’t want to award even one star. 3 years of rude and incompetent interaction from these mongs. Taking my Mercedes to a private Mercedes specialist then I will probably sell it.To Mercedes Benz:If the incompetent buffoonery delivered by Barry Middleton and his team at Arnold Clark are all you are able to provide then you lose all further business. SMH

Reserved my first car with MB Aberdeen. Liam Milne made sure I had a smooth experience. Explained everything in detail, answered all my queries in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the process and the delivery. Plus, the personalized videos of the car was a great touch.
