Called in for coffee. Very nice staff, but they were overwhelmed with customers so the coffee machine was empty. They did replenish apart from chocolate sprinkles. Exceptional value for money and a very nice venue. The friends I was with said the food is good there too. There's also a nice outside eating/drinking area.

Clean seating areaPlenty of space.Could do with another area to get coffee.The lady server with the dark hair was very pleasant to meet however I get the feeling that some servers don't want to be there.Food was hot and delicious as an spoon.That toliets was fantastic as always.Good location.

Good old Wetherspoons. Great central location, all the usual JD trademarks, big pub, wide range of well priced beers, usual good pub grub menu. Slow uninterested staff. but hey ho. a couple of well priced beers and a curry, change out of twenty quid. what more can you ask?

Normally great in here but today it took 15 minutes for drinks to arrive yet the food only took 5. The waitress was incredibly rude when I asked where the drinks were considering the food was now going cold. Got told rudely that she didn't run the bar and she walked off. Retrain your staff or hire better. It's not good enough and you won't get my custom here again.

Visited here for some lunch as there didn't appear to be any local cafes nearby that sold anything apart from fish & chips.Pretty busy for a wet Thursday afternoon but still plenty of free space.Ordered on the app, the food arrived quickly & the staff were pleasant.Definitely worth a visit.

Always have food and drinks in here when we visit Great Yarmouth. Its always busy and you can struggle to find a seat but there are plenty and outside seating too. Food is nice. Quicker service if you order through the app rather than wait at the bar. Overall, we love it. Its one of our holiday traditions.

Poor service, cold food, l had a mug with a chip on the rim, told the lad who brought our food and he shrugged and told us to take it to the bar and get another. My husband ate his very cool jacket spud first and went to the bar to get another mug. He was gone 25 minutes?! It was like the staff was trained not to look at folks who had problems, in the end he had to step behind the bar to get attention and even then he was met with staff who glared at him and didn't speak just handed him a mug and put the broken one to the side.

My daughter, her friend, my niece & I stopped here for food.It is a typical Witherspoons which we love. Good prices. The actual building is nice. Big lovely toilets for the Ladies with a nice seating area for private chats etc.We can't comment on the hotel aspect. But if you want a nice place to eat with friendly staff & a good atmosphere. I recomend visiting here.

visited the restaurant and it was alright, prices are a bit high considering the portion you get but food is still good, ordered a meal and payed extra for a drink. until someone told me that the meal came WITH the drink which the cashier didn’t tell me or ask about when I was ordering so when i asked about it to the cashier they said i already ordered so i couldn’t get the drinks. partially my fault but still in all fairness they could’ve told me the meals came with drinks and I didn’t have to pay extra

First time in this Spoons, a large well set out space. Service as you would expect was prompt and with a smile, not ever would you expect anything different from the staff of a Spoons.Always a pleasure to visit.
