I have bought several pieces of of jewellery from Christine Sadler over the years, including a beautiful bespoke gold celtic design diamond band which I have worn every day since. When I was looking for gifts to take to friends in New Zealand and the USA, I knew I would find what I wanted in Christine’s shop - and so it proved to be. It’s also my first stop for family gifts - and many times I leave having purchased something for myself too! Always a pleasant relaxed browsing experience with the personal touch.

Christine has made many pieces of jewellery for both myself and my daughter. Each one made with care and attention to detail, incorporating our birthstones. My engagement ring was also made by Christine. Ethically sourced morganite with diamonds. Always my to go to jeweller when I am looking for something bespoke.

Excellent service from start to finish!Had a bespoke engagement ring made here, the staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful in guiding me with the design as I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. The final product was simply stunning!I would highly recommend Christine Saddler.

Absolutely unbelievable service, I had an engagement ring which was purchased somewhere else but when it came to my wedding ring I knew exactly what I wanted I contacted Christine via email and discussed what I wanted, I arranged to travel up so she could take a mould of my ring so that the wedding ring would be a perfect fit. And the ring once made was beyond my expectations I’m still on at the husband to get me an eternity ring to match my wedding ring. But even now I still look at it and an wouldn’t choose anything else I absolutely love it unbelievable service, Christine was lovely a very talented lady. I’m determined to come back for the ring to finish off my wedding and engagement ring.

I have been fortunate enough to be gifted with a gingerbread man bracelet from my partner who customised the eyes and buttons. I have small wrists and found the bracelet didn't work for me, so I went back and asked if they could help. Without hesitation they kindly suggested a bangle instead. Which they did for me, it worked a treat. I cannot recommend them enough, they are kind and thoughtful always happy to accommodate. Not to mention the outstanding jewellery which is absolutely beautiful. There aren't many like Christine Sadler about nowadays Ayr is lucky to have this store and talent.

I wanted a ring designed for my daughters 21st and went along to see Christine. We talked over a few ideas and she was more than happy to use an existing solitaire diamonds that I had, and incorporate it into the design. When I picked up the ring I was absolutely overjoyed. Beautiful design brought right up to date by her expert craftsmanship. It really is a unique piece and my daughter was absolutely delighted. Was kept informed at all stages - fantastic service - I would highly recommend.
