After not getting any help from TfGM customer services, I was told to go to Shudehill Travelshop, the staff there were very helpful & sorted out my problem in a no fuss, friendly manner, lovely ladies.Thank you.

Went there to try to pay the standard fare as suggested online, the staff ignored me at first then when she finally decided to serve me, I was told that she can't do anything. While I tried to ask the procedure and where to seek help, she only repeat with I do not have the fine book" which doesn't make any sense to me and told me to call a number (which I have tried at least 20 times)."

This is a nice shop. It formally used to be located at Piccadilly gardens but now it is at Shudhill bus terminal.It is a neat place to do business and the staff are ready to listen and help.

It's not in the Arcades. It's in the bus station. Coming from the tram stop, You go through the bus station before reaching The Arcades
