An amazing find. Will definitely use them from now on. Extremely well priced, didn't try and overcharge. Took time and care with the job, which wasn't the easiest on an old phone. Changed the battery whilst I waited. Couldn't be happier as I've been putting it off for a long while.

Amazing service, nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend. Really pleasant and friendly, and I felt confident thatthe proprietor knows his business and he goes out of his way to help, which is something you don't get when you buy from a big company.

I highly recommend the services provided by this company. They efficiently replaced both my front and back screens, as well as installed a new battery. The service was incredibly fast, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout the process. In my opinion, they are the best in Swansea.

The Mobile Doctor
I took my phone here for repair when the screen had broken (including damage to the LCD) due to being dropped onto a concrete floor. They were very helpful and polite, and the repair cost £50, which I thought was a very reasonable price. Although the screen for my model of phone was not in stock, it was ordered straight away and I had my phone back in a couple of days. I would happily recommend this service.

The mobile doctor is amazing. Fixes anything and everything no questions asked. Very good value and such efficient time for the repairs. Been here the last 3 times I’ve needed anything for my phone, and definitely going to keep coming back!

I had an amazing experience there today. My phone was being repaired in no time (faulty mini jack socket on Motorola 7), while I enjoyed nice chat with the owner, an incredibly sweet man. Thoroughly recommend the place!

The owner is such an amazing and honest person. I’m definitely gonna recommend to my friends. I went in thinking I needed to change my iPhone screen because it was completely shattered. From the looks of it, it did look like it needed a new screen. I left my phone to be fixed, prepared to pay the full price. But when I came back to pick up my phone, he informed me that only the screen protector was broken. And only charged me 15 pounds for it. Anywhere else I’m pretty sure would have charged me for the main screen. Thank you so much.
