Mend Your Motor

I can only go from personal experience but these guys have always been great. Good service done on my car and always been upfront and honest when I've taken my Daughter's car in. I was concerned with my Daughter's Mini recently, they gave it a good look over, then test drove it with me in the car. They gave me some good advise on what my concern maybe, told me nothing to worry about at this stage but come back if unsure. Charged me £0. Thanks guys.

Had the exhaust replaced while they were carrying out some other work as they said it would fail the mot, my daughter has been smelling fumes in the car for some time but its gradually got worse so taken it to a different garage locally to where she was works on the advice of colleagues to get it checked and found the exhaust had not been sealed correctly and the brackets had come loose thankfully no harm has come to anyone in the car! I recommend using a tyre and exhaust company if you want that sort of work doing correctly!

Customer service above and beyond what I expected. After the stress of breaking down on way back to Scotland, I was recommended to take my car to this garage. The required repair was thoroughly explained by the owner, who was a complete gentleman. I was given a very fair price and the work was carried out to a high standard. My car was also washed before i got it back, always a bonus with a white car. Hailey very kindly looked after me in reception and I was frequently updated with the progress of the repair.Arrived safely back home. If I lived in Stafford I would definitely take my car back to this garage without hesitation.Thank you again.

The lady at the reception is extremely rude. Not sure if she is the actual owner of the company but I don't think so. If the Owner is reading this review please sort your front desk out. I won't be coming again.

My partner was having trouble with his brakes on his way home from work yesterday. We rang Mend Your Motor at around 3.30pm yesterday, who fortunately are local to us. They were so helpful. I dropped the car off early this morning and by around 10am I received a call outlining exactly what needed to be done and cost. I work in the motor trade so had a rough idea how much and I can honestly say we were charged a very fair price. The car was ready a couple of hours later which was amazing. Can’t thank them enough for their help, friendliness and professionalism. We will most definitely use their services again

First time using mend your motors, really great service and very friendly staff. I waited in the comfortable and clean reception while my mot test was carried out. The time passed quickly mostly due to the nice chat with the receptionist. And on completion of the mot the mechanic explained everything to me and answered a couple of unrelated questions I had about my car.I can only thank them for a great experience today and I will not hesitate I to use them in future and to recommend to friends and family.

Took my car here for an MOT. Phone contact very good for booking etc. I changed the date with no problems.On the day, I dropped the car off and had a phone call before the due time to tell me it had passed.The garage is easy to find with MOT allocated parking and ample further parking for regular servicing.The office is warm with friendly staff.I’d recommend this garage to family and friends and would use it again.Excellent service. For several years I have used this garage without issue . Even when others warned me I kept loyal and yesterday I took my car in for mot and it failed , I had a call and was told it would cost £900 I said that too expensive and would want to get the car through just mot , was told to do that would cost £491 which I agreed when I got my mot certificate it fail on major of a brake light all other work is advisory . Yes he changed the tyre and front brakes but they were advisory’s not to get me through mot will not be back and should of listened to others check your mot before agreeing to work

Had my car MOT done at Mend a car got there a few mins early they started straight away as I was going to be waiting for it. I have to say they were very polite and friendly and it was done and I was back on my way. I will be using them next year and I recommend them to anyone.
