Waqas was well-spoken, professional, courteous and took the time to understand our requirements. He held a good balance between passion for the products and getting us the right mattress for our budget. Though a touch verbose, he was equally very informative. We were touched by how patient, kind and accommodating he was with our very active toddler. In all, a quick, efficient and very good service experience, which enabled a satisfactory purchase.

Very good quality furniture. It's the best shop for value on a retail park full of competitors. Staff are helpful without being pushy. Over a period of weeks Alan was particularly helpful with our complicated house move situation and did everything to help us secure a workable solution.

We had a great experience at Furniture Village in Rugby, we saw the sofa we wanted and bought it within 20 minutes. Andy Paz who helped us was extremely helpful and so professional and polite, the sale was partly due to his fantastic customer service. He didn’t rush us into buying and was really quick, efficient and helpful. Thank you to Andy! What a credit to the company. Spoke to Alan on the phone before heading to store (yes you actually get to talk to a person on-site rather than a call centre!) The store is well located, lots of parking and has lots of fabulous furniture to admire. Alan was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but not at all ‘pushy’ .. we did end up buying a sofa, snuggle chair & footstool from Alan would happily recommend this store.

Check online which products are available to view in each store so you don't have a wasted trip. The furniture set I was interested in was on display. I pitched up after 7pm on a Friday night (the store is open until 8pm) and was quickly helped by a friendly member of staff, Jan who processed my order. Great experience overall.
