The check-in experience is very good, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the shopping mall, and you can take a walk in the park to bask in the sun. Give some relaxation to the pressure of life, the public area on the 10th floor has beautiful scenery, and there are various activity rooms with complete entertainment items.

This is an almost perfect student accommodation apartment! Any problems can be resolved almost immediately by contacting the apartment manager at no extra cost. The decoration in the room is very fashionable and the furniture is very new. There is even a cinema and rooftop on the 10th floor, as well as a communal kitchen. I had a great life party here!

I have been here for about half a year and feel that this apartment is great.The staff here are very nice, and the reception will collect the parcels and letters, so students don't have to worry about the delivery time of the express.As for the apartment, I think it is a very BEAUTIFUL apartment, it has super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the scenery outside the window is very beautiful. This apartment also has a very large public area.Overall, the experience of staying in this apartment is very good, I like it. And if you are a student coming to Southampton, I think choosing it is the best choice.

The best place to choose after coming to study in the UK. The location is very good which is in the city center; the apartments are very complete and luxurious, and it is very comfortable to stay here; of course, the services of Eliza and Steve are also very good, and the parties and other activities will be organized every holiday. Deserved the best Southampton student residence. luv that place very much !!

Spent 2 years here. Very clean room with well-thought layout of rooms.Staff has always been polite and friendly who will assist with any issues you might have during your stay.The only downside is the remoteness from the highfield campus if you need to go to lectures often, but there are frequent bus routes going from Giddy Bridge that will take to campus in ~10-15 minutes.

Absolutely best accomodation ever. I lived somewhere else for first year and decided to move to Cumberland with my friends. We all live in the building and we love the following things:1) fire alarms? Unless you mess up, you dont hear it. The fire alarm only rings for the person that made it go off. Unless it's a serious issue, then the whole building will hear it. No more stupid students smoking in their rooms and setting off the alarm for everyone else!2) the property management team is amazing. Issues you found in your unit? Pop them an email, it'll get fixed by next business day.3) safety. You need a key to get anywhere. Cameras in every corner. I feel safer here, because of this and the fact that there's a security that comes in over night.4) sky lounge. Best place to host a party. There's a lounge up on the tenth floor. Pool table, fooseball table, an entire kitchen, couches, bean bag chairs...it is the BEST place to invite friends over for a hang outLove it.5) loner? No probs. Management team throws several events during each month. You are bound to get free food and meet new friends!6) walking distance to EVERYTHING. clubs, bars, train and bus station. Only thing it really isnt close to is Uni of Southampton. But you can bus. :)Well! I loved my stay and i hope you'll love yours toooooo!!! Welcome to Southampton!

I am currently living here, moved into my flat in September 2022. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, they get to know your names and who you are which I value. Any problems or issues that may arise are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. The staff make sure any complaints are dealt with as quickly as possible. They also do check ups with you to ensure no other problems arise. Honestly moving into Cumberland has been such a relief because I am from Canada and the transition here has been crazy - but having a comfortable and secure place to go home to each night is exactly what I needed. I also love the events they have on, lots of opportunities to social and get to know people with some free goodies (always a plus)! If I could give them a 6th star, I would. Highly recommend :)

I've been staying at this accommodation since September 2022, and honestly, I had a fantastic experience living at Cumberland Place, and I have the staff to thank for it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Oliver and Aleksandra, who work at the front desk, were especially wonderful. They were always available to answer my questions and help me resolve any issues. The maintenance staff were also great and quick to respond to any problems with the room. The staff members truly made this accommodation a 5-star stay, and I am grateful for their dedication and hard work.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Cumberland Place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living place.
