Great place to meet homeless people outside when doing outreach in Canterbury. Can't comment on the interior but I'm sure I'll be hanging about outside again some time soon

went in to ask a question and three members of staff were dealing with one person , taking no notice of others waiting, it did not overly worry me and i patiently waited my turn. After approx 5 minutes the person in front went and as i stepped forward to ask my question was ignored and the staff moved along the counter to someone who was after me. I was with my partner and both stood mouths open as we were ignored , not aware of why but this was very ignorant indeed , shame ,we left with questions unanswered and went to thanet instead. apparently the centre is covered with cctv i suggest a manager takes a look.

Very good. People who work there are very helpful and nice. You can find a lot of useful information for travelers. Also there is a museum, a library, a cafe and toilet (ground and first floor).

Centro de información turística de Canterbury, la fachada que da a la calle principal es preciosa, la otra entrada, por una calle lateral, es más moderna y dice mucho menos. El personal es atento y hay mucha información acerca de las diferentes visitas que se pueden hacer en la ciudad, tanto guiadas como por tu cuenta.

An excellent museum is located upstairs, and there is also a very clean toilet, the staff is polite. You can get the information you need, but tickets for Canterbury Cathedral are not sold here.

Tourist Information Centre, cafe and toilets in one place. Staff very helpful. Front entrance has a pigeon problem and there was a mess all over steps. Not nice.

Excellent and efficient at providing the information required.I am waiting to hear by email further info as I went to a really nice cafe but I can't see it on Google map.This is somewhere I would visit as soon as I got to Canterbury jusy to get my barings around the town , as it has so many side roads it is difficult to find the museum and Canterbury Tales theatre.Unless you are spending a few days here it is best to go to the Visitors information centre for all the places and events currently happening.The two times I have been here I either had to have a quick coffee or not go to the places I wanted to go back to.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Asked for data on local accomodation, amd she simply hung up. Breathtaking.
