Took a phone in to get the back replaced, when I picked it up the phone was covered in glue and the back was lifting up at the edges. I've been back 4 times in less than a week to get it re-repaired. The first 3 times they just squirted more glue on my phone and told me to leave it for 2 hours which I did. Last time I went in the person at the shop was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund claiming they'd fixed it 4 times (despite the phone still not being fixed) and now telling me I need to leave it till tomorrow for the glue to dry.My best guess is they're just trying to stop me coming in because the job isn't worth their time to do properly. They also have a contact form on their website and a WhatsApp contact for the store, both were ignored so don't bother using them to complain if you've had issues. Avoid at all costs!UPDATE: nearly 4 weeks after I initially took my phone in for repair the store finally agreed to refund me after I sent them a written complaint. They took back the replacement part they bought so my phone is now in worse condition than when I initially took it in however they did at least go some of the way to making things right.

Best shop in crystal peak to repair phones.Took my damaged Samsung LCD for repair and the guy quoted me the best price in the mall and did the job in just 40 minutes along with a complimentary screen protector.Highly recommended.

Absolute jokeTook my phone to have a replacement screen first time was £70A few weeks later I needed a new screen as it had got cracked was told the screen was £140 same phone same screenI left the phone came crack to be told I need a new microphone another £50-60 bearing in mind there was nothing wrong with it before I took the phone.I collected the phone rear screen cracked when they had forced the camera back in which still isn’t right after many visits backThey are not willing to sort the problems out just out to make money out of decent peopleI have took the phone to another phone repair in crystal peaks which now works with a genuine Apple screen (Not fake) phone works perfectCustomer service is very lackingAvoid if you want a good job done on your tech

The initial review has been changed as another shop had issues identifying a specific cause for the problem I had with the battery. I maintain my stance that the communication from ifixTech was sub-par and although the changed battery was working, that wasn't the cause and therefore not what I asked for. They also caused minor damage to the screen during this 'fix', and the back cover was glued and not flush when returned. I kept my phone in a armoured case so the damage was not incurred prior to the phone been sent off to their repair shop.

4 visits it took to get a screen replaced. First visit, they had to order, come back tomorrow, no problem. Went... Closed... Went down on Thursday, sent the wrong size screen... Couldn't get over the weekend, so went Monday.... Different guy. Sorry going to take 2 hours. We needed to be somewhere, and I need my phone. I'll come back tomorrow.. Tuesday... Today 5th December..... Got there for 8.45....waited for them to open.... Eventually came at 9.45am...2 hours later.... Being the first in and I got my phone back...... I'll put you a screen saver on..... Couldn't find one, I just said forget it I'll pick one up somewhere else...... I've got home... And.....The torch won't work and neither will the camera flash...Avoid at all costs........And now I've found out...... The camera won't work......... Cheers.... You've just b@@@@@d my phone up....Update.... I've phoned about the above, they claim that they are only responsible for the screen, although everything was working when it went in for the repair.Any parts after that, I have to pay for........ So they had it for 2 hours, stripped it, put it back together with the new screen and 3 things won't work, camera, flash and torch...I phoned to complain and got basically nowhere.....So you are warned..... Avoid at all costs.... Flashy shop front with terrible customer service.

Asked for a glass screen protector to be fitted. When I checked the phone, it was a cheap scratch protector fitted and was badly fitted and charged £10
