I had a problem with my boiler and got in touch With Taylor Plumbing & Heating, spoke to Jay who was very helpful and attended that day. Jay thoroughly checked my boiler and found the problem, parts were ordered that day and fitted the following day, got to admit the guy knew his stuff and had the boiler up and running within the hour.Overall between the time from checking boiler and repairing it was quick and a first class job, costing was also very competitive,would definitely recommend this company.

Phoned and was able to get Jay out to look at problem at father-in-laws home. Ended up being more than just a blocked sink. But so pleased with time Jay spent working on it trying different things to get a free flowing water supply. Highly recommend for service, response and customer service. Pam

Had a leak coming from under the kitchen sink due to the plumbing in my house being very old. Jay came out and fitted a new plumbing system underneath the sink. Didn't take him very long and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Will definitely use again in the future.

I contacted Taylor Plumbing regarding some plumbing work needing carried out for a new kitchen fitting. Jay was reliable and came out to see the job when he said. We’re extremely happy with the standard of work carried out. Jay was extremely professional and was very reasonable. Whilst there I asked him to give me a quote for a new heating system. Taylor plumbing and heating was a refferal made to me. I gave them a call and Jay arrived prompt on time to do a survey of work required by me and said he would strive to give me my quotation ASAP. Within 24hours the job and materials were priced very very fairly for the level of work required and I instructed him to schedule me in for works. We had a chat about what was required and it worked out that the work could be undertaken whilst I was on holiday to minimise disruption to myself but also to allow works to be carried out without me being in the way at any time. Jay kept me informed at every stage of the job and included photos /videos updates of work when completed prior to my return to the UK. My property was left clean and tidy and all previous waste material etc removed also. I had two smaller bits needing doing and nothing was too much trouble for Taylor plumbing and heating, everything carried out to a very high standard and I'd happily trust them to be left to carry out work again should I ever require their services. Now the top of my contacts list and I highly recommend them. Thank you very much.
