Jeff and his sons boarded a large area of our loft and installed a ladder. Very good experience from start to finish - provided a very reasonable quote, very responsive to emails/calls and the work was carried out with very little disruption on the day. I had two other quotes that were much higher with the reps advising I board an unnecessary area of the loft which I had already said I didn't want/need. I felt Attic Alert were the only company who actually considered what I wanted/needed and quoted accordingly.The team are very friendly and keen to ensure I was happy with everything and was safe using the ladder before leaving. Jeff and co removed a vast water tank platform from the loft before re-laying the insulation and fitting a new hatch and access ladder, raised boards, shelves and a mounting point for a strip light. They worked quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. The job was done in two days and was exactly as Jeff had described. Couldn't be happier.

I used Jeff's services to fit new loft boards and update loft insulation. He also advised on the installation of a PIV unit which would, hopefully, reduce/remove the condensation within the attic. This was fitted yesterday so still early to tell but all the signs are that it will improve the current situation. The work was done well without any mess.
