Took the coach from here to visit family. It can get really busy with lots of people travelling around so use the screens to see which gate to go to. I wouldn't say the staff were helpful everything was an effort for them, but this can be common in London travel places as the staff have to deal with lots of people every day. There were cleaners around trying to keep up with the rubbish people left as well, but it wasn't perfectly clean.

A little bit packed for the space available and unexpectedly the coach (to the airport) was delayed. Other than that, the availability of coaches for everywhere in the country is great!

Not enough seating. Getting from entrance to departure gate was slow due to foot traffic.

Extremely complex and crowded bus station for new people , ticket machines wont work also the after taking tickets the gate would close prior 2 minutes that wont be known util one experience the hassle.
