Appaling quality and service, wrong brackets fitted so blinds are bending when opening and closing. When trying to contact them and discuss they are not interested. Never fixed by them after spending over £1000 on the house. Would never use or recommend them again.

Amazing company, we’ve had 3 sets of blind and they’ve always been extremely helpful. I went today with an existing blind I have but it’s a discontinued line. They went out of their way to find 4 additional drops for me.This is what I call excellent service.

Bought 5 blinds, average product. cheap materials used. Was promised with 2 years warranty. However as soon as something goes wrong it is not cover on the warranty due to wear and tear. Not recommended at all."

We wanted vertical blinds for our curved windows and visited Second City Blinds shop, the manager came out the same day to measure up and quoted a very reasonable price. The blinds were ready in two weeks and Imran came to fit them on the day agreed. Imran was very helpful and pleasant and fitted the blinds in about an hour. We are very happy with the blinds, they look brilliant and have made a real difference to the rooms. They fit really well and move smoothly. Would definitely recommend and really pleased with the result.

Excellent professional service from the whole team at Second City Blinds. Were very quick in getting a member of there sales team to come out and show me there vast range of samples and get all the required measurements. Completed my order for a full house within a week. Very happy with my new blinds. Will definitely be recommending and using them again.

Blinds were good I couldn't fault, fitted them fast.However the service was absolutely shocking, I put a deposit down mid September for some wooden blinds, I got told I would get contacted with an update, I heard nothing from this company in over a month and had to ring up multiple times asking when they would be fitted, I was told by the receptionist many times she would look into it and get back to me. Only after ringing several times she finally got back to me to say they were out of stock and I had to wait until the end of November to get these fitted.I got a very blunt and unprofessional text saying that they could do it the following day, in which they were over two hours late and had to reschedule anyway.The guys turned up did the job pretty fast and can't fault the blinds, however no apology about the delay and they didn't even bring anything to clean up the mess and left the blind box in my hallway.Overall, blinds were good, communication and professionalism, terrible.
