Lovely venue for weddings and parties and good place for a little walk on normal days. Kids loved seeing the koi pond and squirrels roaming the fields.

Beautiful ground. The building needs upgrading. Was there for a wedding. Was disappointed that they didn’t bother to provide a place to hang the coats. The staff were friendly.

Formally Metropolitan Police Sports Ground, held in Trust.Now primarily used as a Wedding venue and local sports teams.Grounds have become poorly maintained as not funded by Met now.

We had our wedding in the mini marquee and the team at Chigwell hall and the marquee were amazing. We made multiple visits to the venue before the day and brought vendors to coordinate things and Viom and Kate were always helpful, always accommodating.We had our ceremony in the Banqueting hall and the reception in the mini marquee. Everything that we agreed was provided on the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. It’s also well priced and given the competitive nature of the market, its great value.

I had my wedding at this venue. The manager was very accommodating to my needs and changed the marquee so that it fit to my plans for the venue.Although the day was a little gloomy, my decor and the location itself was beautiful enough to make up for that! Thank you to the manager and the team for getting this day together!

Beautiful venue for weddings. Very nice marquees that accommodate 200 to 1000 guests. I will recommend the place to everyone that needs a space venue.
